One: Neck CARS
We’re going to start Neck CARs this exercise is great for alleviating upper neck, back, and shoulder pain/discomfort associated with sitting and/or using a cellphone for long periods of time

Two: Shoulder Internal Rotation PAILs and RAILs
This exercise will get rid of tightness/discomfort and tremendously increase strength and flexibility in the upper back and shoulder region.

Three: Straight Arm Capsular CARS
This movement is great for quickly getting rid of "knots" in the shoulders, waking up tired achey arms, and priming the upper body for exercise.

Four: Shoulder Blade CARs
Tight upper back, neck, and shoulders? It may stem from a lack of movement in your shoulder blades. Try doing these shoulder blade CAR’s throughout the day to melt that tension
